Registration
Preschool registration for currently enrolled families begins in mid-November of the prior year.
Registration forms and tuition sheets are sent home to current families via the child’s bag or can be
picked up from the Director. Circle of Friends Preschool and Children’s Center families will have first
choice of classes until December 1st, after which time registration will be opened to the general public.
All new families are encouraged to call the Director and tour the school prior to submitting a
registration form. Tours for the school year beginning in September typically begin in October.
Enrollment after the start of the year is usually very limited; however you may call the Director to
confirm availability.
Classroom assignments will be made at the discretion of the Director and teaching staff with the child’
s readiness and best interests in mind. Please remember that you are only allowed to return
registration forms for your own family.
Enrollment
If you have received a letter of acceptance and paid your $100.00 (non-refundable) registration fee,
you will not receive any further correspondence until May. At that time, you will receive a bill for two
months of the yearly tuition. This non-refundable deposit is due by June 1st. Half of this deposit will
be applied to the September tuition, the other half will be returned after your child leaves the
preschool. If you should withdraw from the program after June 1st, this money will not be refunded.
Tuition for the morning program is then payable in eight monthly payments beginning in October.
During the summer you will receive an enrollment packet of DEVELOPMENTAL AND MEDICAL
FORMS required by our school and the Department of Early Education and Care. The health form
must be completed by your doctor and all forms must be returned before the beginning of
school. Also during the summer, you will receive a copy of the school calendar, an Orientation Day
list and other pertinent information.
